Terms of Service

Last updated 17 September 2026

These terms govern your use of MyBase Live (the “Service”), a revenue and performance dashboard for mobile developers. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who you are contracting with

MyBase Live is operated by Mohammed Almadhoun, a sole proprietor trading as Olive Arc Technology, based in Gazimağusa, North Cyprus. Olive Arc Technology is the parent brand for MyBase Live, Base Momentum and Testers Base. You can reach us at info@mybaselive.com.

Payments are handled by Paddle. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns, and their buyer terms apply to the purchase itself alongside these terms.

2. What the Service does

MyBase Live connects, with your authorisation, to third-party platforms including Google AdMob, Unity Ads, Google Play and the Apple App Store. It reads your earnings and performance data from those platforms and presents it in one place. The Service is a reporting tool: it does not place ads, process app-store payments, or alter anything in your platform accounts.

3. Your account

  • You must provide accurate registration details and keep them current.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password and access credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to hold an account.
  • Accounts are for a single developer or organisation and must not be shared or resold.

4. Connecting third-party platforms

When you connect a platform, you confirm that you are authorised to grant that access, and you authorise us to read data from it on your behalf. We request read access only. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or completeness of data that a third-party platform provides, nor for changes those platforms make to their own APIs, terms or reporting. You may disconnect a platform at any time from your settings.

5. Subscriptions, billing and renewal

Plans are billed monthly in advance through Paddle. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel it. Prices are shown on our pricing page in US dollars and exclude any sales tax, VAT or similar tax, which Paddle calculates and collects where it applies.

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings or through Paddle. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for; you keep access until then.

Price Lock Guarantee

The price you subscribe at stays locked for as long as your subscription remains continuously active. If we raise the price of a plan, existing subscribers on that plan keep the price they signed up at. The lock ends if your subscription lapses, is cancelled, or is terminated — restarting later means subscribing at the price then current.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, Paddle will retry it and your subscription is marked past due. If the payment is not recovered, the subscription is cancelled and access to paid features ends.

6. Referrals and account credit

We may offer a referral programme under which you can earn account credit. Credit has no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money, and can only be applied against a future renewal of your own subscription. We may vary or withdraw the programme, and we may cancel credit obtained through self-referral, duplicate accounts, or any other abuse of the programme.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • access the Service by any means other than the interfaces we provide;
  • attempt to breach, probe or circumvent our security or access another user’s data;
  • reverse engineer, decompile or copy the Service, except where the law permits it;
  • resell, sublicense or provide the Service to third parties as your own; or
  • use the Service unlawfully or in a way that harms its operation or other users.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, add or remove features. If we make a change that materially reduces what a paid plan offers, we will tell subscribers by email before it takes effect, and you may cancel and request a pro-rata refund for the unused part of the current period.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design and content belong to Olive Arc Technology. You keep all rights in your own data, including the data we read from your connected platforms. You grant us only the licence needed to store, process and display that data in order to provide the Service to you.

10. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or data. Business decisions you take on the basis of figures shown in the Service are yours: always verify against the platform’s own reporting before acting on them. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, or where required by law. If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund the unused part of your current billing period.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will notify account holders by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business in Gazimağusa, North Cyprus. Nothing here removes any consumer protection right you have under the mandatory law of the country you live in.

14. Contact

Questions about these terms: info@mybaselive.com. Questions about a payment, invoice or refund are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record — see our refund policy.
